Reversal of Goods Receipt in SAP

Reversal of Goods Receipt in SAP is used when you posted the Goods Receipt for all the quantity and you only received a partial shipment. You may need to use this when a change order is needed to adjust the purchase order from its original amount (quantities). This procedure is applicable in either case, whether you need to increase or decrease the quantities to the purchase order.
